The Work

As an empathetic person, Discovery is my favorite part of a project. Meeting your intended user, interviewing them to understand their wants and needs from a product, and understand their history in their role is enlightening. It drives me to want to solve the problem even more. When Discover is completed, I take the output of data from interviews, surveys, workshops, etc. and visualize them in a map or blueprint for the users to validate before moving forward in the project. These end up becoming mission critical artifacts for the project.
