When it comes to product design, every project begins with research. There is usually a few weeks of quantitative and qualitative work which enables me to know the user group and understand the wants and needs. That is generally followed-up by workshops to brainstorm solutions. As all of the data gets synthesized it becomes ripe for looking taxonomy and information architecture. Once we get validated to move forward, we begin talking wireframes, prototypes and delivery.
